Its most important feature is to change your password
NOTE: Be mindful to only hit Change Password ONCE. If you mash the button, your password will change without you realizing it, and the “Old Password” becomes the one you just created

Why is Enrollment important? Do I really need to put in all this information?
The network uses one account and one password for everything. So your username and password is always the same for your Cloud and your Email. They aren’t separate accounts that happen to have the same username.
The Account Management application allows you to set your own password and update your underlying information.
This application allows you to reset your password if you forget it or lock yourself out of your account. Obviously, if you’ve forgotten your password, you won’t be able to get in to then change your password.
The security questions allow you to bypass the password. Forgetting the answers to these questions is as bad as forgetting your password.
How about my Profile? Is that really all that important?
Nope. That’s the one aspect of the application that’s really not all that important.
If you upload a picture, it’s not seen anywhere else. The phone numbers and addresses are not used by any application on the network. Fill them in if you’d like, but it neither helps nor hinders anything.
